Cardinal 788 Digital Weight Indicator

The 788 is loaded with standard features: a large 320 x 240 resolution, backlit, blue LCD display; full QWERTY alphanumeric keyboard; 14 programmable soft keys; two bi-directional RS-232 ports (one may be configured for RS-485); a PC-101 keyboard input connector; and one scale input card. Standard enclosure and optional SS IP66 enclosure shown below

Power in the 788 Graphics Display
The large 320 x 240 resolution graphic display is one of the main features of the 788 indicator. Add a user-definable graphic display to the soft keys and you get an efficient man-machine interface. The bright blue LCD display provides a legend for each available key as well as a complete summary of weight transactions. The 788's graphics capabilities can be employed in process control applications to present a changing visual depiction of the process in operation. Your imagination is the only limit!

Keyboard Technology
The 788 employs a built-in QWERTY alphanumberic keyboard to speed data entry operations. There are also 14 soft keys that can be defined for your application.
